Tour Entry

Entry Procedure

Competitors must complete the online entry form for each event. It must be received by the Tour no later than 7-days before the event.

 In all cases an entry fee must accompany the entry form otherwise the entry will be ‘pending’ and therefore incomplete. The preferred secure payment method is PayPal.

Late entries for events may be considered but will be subject to a surcharge

 Player Balloting Procedure

If the number of entries exceeds the maximum limit entrants will be balloted on the following priority basis:-





Current Tour Members in the Top 5 places in the Order of Merit table


All other current Tour Members listed on the Order of Merit


Tour Sponsors invitees/ Junior club champion of the host club


Previous EJGT Tour Winners


Non tour members from UK & Europe


Non tour members from outside UK & Europe

If required a second ballot level will be based on handicaps (lowest have higher priority)

If you are balloted out once you will receive higher priority status for your next event.

Where possible the total number of entries will be split equally by age group category.

Notification of event draw sheet

The draw sheet and event information will be emailed to competitors 5-7 days prior to the event date

Withdrawal procedure

To withdraw from an event a player must notify the Tour by email 7 days prior to the event for a full refund of the entry fee. For players withdrawing after that time no refunds will be made but a credit note may be available at certain venues.
